The manager will oversee the infection prevention and control program, monitor clinician productivity and utilization, and review hospitalization trends to implement corrective action plans. Additionally, the position ensures timely completion of OASIS assessments and documentation, maintains appropriate staffing levels, and oversees on-call operations and clinical support processes. A key focus is driving staff engagement, retention, succession planning, and development. The role also involves budget planning, expense management, and ensuring compliance with company policies, HIPAA, and OSHA. This is a 100% office-based position.
