About The Position

As a Branch Manager, you will lead branch operations, coach and develop your team, and drive service and sales performance. You will create a strong member experience by setting clear expectations, supporting daily operations, and building a culture grounded in the organization’s values. This role also plays an important part in growing the branch through community involvement, relationship building, and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or 4–6 years of relevant experience in place of a degree.
• Previous leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong communication, organization, and member service skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology.
• Ability to obtain a notary license within 1 year of accepting the role.

• Financial services experience is preferred.
