As a Branch Manager, you will lead with purpose, build with passion, and belong to something greater. Mandarin or Spanish fluency is helpful. Requirements

  • 5+ years in banking sales/service roles and an entrepreneurial spirit with experience creating strategies for business growth.
  • 5+ years of management experience (managing 6+ employees).
  • Expertise in building, coaching, mentoring, and developing a team that consistently meets and exceeds performance targets while providing exceptional service to members.
  • 3+ years in business development and community engagement.
  • Mandarin or Spanish fluency is helpful.
