North Easton Savings Bank is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, develop employees, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in our Norton, MA branch. This is an excellent opportunity for a banking leader who enjoys coaching teams, building customer relationships, growing deposits and loans, and making an impact in the local community.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years of retail banking experience.
  • 2+ years of branch management or leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • NMLS registration or ability to obtain.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of retail banking operations and financial products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with consumer lending and mortgage origination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily operations of the branch while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Drive branch sales through business development, referrals, and relationship banking.
  • Originate consumer and mortgage loan applications.
  • Coach employees on cross-selling banking products and services.
  • Monitor branch performance, including deposits, lending, and sales goals.
  • Build relationships with customers and represent the Bank in the community.
  • Conduct performance coaching, team meetings, and employee scheduling.
  • Stay current on banking products, services, and market trends.
