About The Position

Climate Pros is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow a high-performing branch operation. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, profitable growth, customer satisfaction, and team development across service and construction operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic business leader with a strong operational background, proven financial acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams and customer relationships. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire accountability, foster collaboration, and execute business strategies that align with organizational goals and values. The Branch Manager serves as the face of the business within the local market and plays a critical role in shaping culture, driving performance, and developing future leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing a fast-paced service, construction, or industrial operations business.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence, and financial performance.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, develop, and influence teams at all levels.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading union and non-union workforces preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
  • Commitment to safety, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Implement regional growth strategies at the branch level to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage branch service and construction operations to ensure customer satisfaction, contract compliance, and timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Account Management and Business Development to support and nurture customer relationships, aiding key local accounts as needed.
  • Proactively review branch customer lists to maximize growth with existing clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Support the expansion of new business segments in collaboration with the RVP and sales teams.
  • Ensure successful execution of construction and service projects in alignment with company standards and customer expectations.
  • Foster a growth mindset across the branch team, encouraging innovation and proactive pursuit of business opportunities.
  • Manage the branch-level Risk & Opportunity pipeline and align it with financial commitments.
  • Own the branch P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets are met or exceeded.
  • Supervise all branch operations including workforce planning, job scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation.
  • Provide valuable insights and support during the formulation of forecasts and budgets.
  • Lead a safety first culture and ensure compliance with all safety programs and training compliance.
  • Drive branch-level initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
  • Oversee branch-level administrative functions, including expense approvals, Z-ticket reviews, and reviewing billing transactions outside the SM threshold.
  • Approve credits, warranty work, and expenses within delegated authority.
  • Ensure compliance with all inventory controls.
  • Collaborate on setting, monitoring and acting on branch KPIs and metrics.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure service agreement renewals align with company goals.
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing branch leadership team focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and performance-oriented culture aligned with Climate Pros’ core values and leadership expectations.
  • Lead regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, KPI meetings, CPOM meetings, and action planning sessions.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent while building a strong succession pipeline for future leadership roles.
  • Strengthen collaboration between Service, Construction, and Modernization teams to improve operational execution and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with union leadership and field teams.
  • Champion employee engagement, professional growth, and workplace safety throughout the organization.
