About The Position

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Branch Manager to oversee all aspects of Service Center operations including the management of revenue, sales, profit, human resource activities, training, and compliance. As a branch manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team committed to an exceptional quality of service. This position will put you in the driver's seat to growing our market and contributing directly to the continued success of our company.

Requirements

Experience managing a team
Effectively operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals)
Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
Possess current Driver's License
High school degree or equivalency
Basic math skills

Responsibilities

Ensure technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets.
Mentor the sales team to exceed their goals and grow the business.
Manage budgets, and forecasts, and use profit and loss statements to act and monitor the health of the branch.
Demonstrate and uphold company's mission and values with accountability.
Ensure team and customers have an awesome experience with every interaction through conflict resolution and effective communication.
