About The Position

JLL is seeking an experienced Pest Control Manager to lead our integrated pest management program within a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role combines strategic pest control program management with compliance oversight, ensuring our facility maintains the highest standards of pest prevention while meeting all regulatory requirements critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in pest control program management or operations
  • Previous experience working in GMP manufacturing environments and understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement practices and methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Professional certifications in pest management or quality systems
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing compliance standards

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all pest control activities meet GMP standards and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain full compliance with pest control program protocols and quality metrics
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to verify structural integrity, pest control devices, and housekeeping standards.
  • Supervise and hold pest control vendors accountable for program delivery and performance expectations, ensuring compliance with established procedures and schedules.
  • Monitor service quality and resolve any program or service-related issues
  • Serve as primary interface with clients and program stakeholders through professional verbal and written communication.
  • Address internal issues and customer complaints in a timely, respectful manner
  • Provide regular updates on program performance and compliance status
  • Lead pest sighting investigations and root cause analysis
  • Investigate program issues and provide professional recommendations based on service provider input.
  • Support pest specimen collection and identification processes
  • Analyze pest control data and trends to proactively address potential issues
  • Enter and verify data in tracking systems and performance tables
  • Interpret basic graphs and performance metrics to optimize program effectiveness
  • Maintain program work schedules and ensure timely execution
  • Utilize hand tools and equipment required for pest control operations
  • Work in both indoor and outdoor environments
  • Maintain physical stamina for active inspection duties
