Madison - Lawn Care Branch Manager
About The Position
Naturescape is seeking to hire a Branch Manager in Madison, WI to lead a developing branch to continued growth and success. This is a long-term career opportunity in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business where you will be a valued and respected member of a close-knit team. The role involves strategically dividing time between maximizing branch production in the field, increasing sales, and developing employees. This includes weekly group meetings to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods, as well as individual training and guidance for specialists. You will also guide administrative assistants to ensure excellent customer service and efficient office operations. In the office, you will help specialists maintain efficient routes, use data to strategize, optimize specialist time, and keep services on schedule. You may also interact with customers to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction. Outside the office, you will audit specialist work, meet with customers, and perform services. Regular assessment of branch needs and initiative to make the best choices for employees and customers are expected.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Motivated with a desire to learn
- Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
