About The Position

Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Experience Manager to lead branch performance, community engagement, and business development within an assigned market. This role is responsible for driving membership growth, expanding Select Employee Group (SEG) relationships, developing high-performing teams, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of branch or retail financial services experience
  • 3–5 years of leadership experience managing managers or multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of branch operations, compliance, and risk management
  • Proven success in community engagement, business development, and team leadership
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned market for branch visits and community events

  • Credit union experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead community engagement, SEG growth, and business development efforts
  • Build relationships with community partners, local organizations, and business leaders
  • Drive branch performance including sales, member experience, and financial results
  • Lead, coach, and develop branch leadership teams
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and strong internal controls
  • Support strategic initiatives, growth plans, and organizational change management
