Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field required; MBA or MA preferred
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience in the elevator industry or a comparable service-oriented business, including full P&L responsibility
  • Broad knowledge of products, applications, installation and service operations, financial statements, and contract terms
  • Proven ability to manage and allocate human and financial resources to drive quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Strong influence, negotiation, and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated confidence, credibility, and leadership capability to navigate complex business challenges

Responsibilities

  • Lead branch service, repair, maintenance, retention, recovery, sales, and support activities with local P&L accountability
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets aligned to regional financial, operational, and quality objectives
  • Drive high-quality service delivery and customer loyalty across all applicable product lines
  • Ensure safety, quality, and technical training execution in partnership with Field Quality Excellence
  • Build and maintain strong customer and industry relationships while growing portfolio value and market share
  • Lead, develop, and performance-manage branch teams, including workforce planning, KPIs, and labor relations
  • Manage assets, working capital, billing, and legal processes to ensure cost-effective and compliant operations
