About The Position

The Branch Manager leads branch operations to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. By fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring compliance and safety standards, the Branch Manager strengthens the Company’s reputation for service and operational success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in Landscape distribution industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational and sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Strong expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in executing sales strategies, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
  • Skilled in facilitating the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management or equivalent industry/education exp.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management within products industry.

Responsibilities

  • Implement branch growth initiatives by aligning strategic plans with corporate objectives to amplify market presence and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current branch operations, identifying areas for improvement and applying industry best practices to optimize processes, elevate productivity, and minimize costs.
  • Direct the branch’s financial functions, including P&L management, by instituting rigorous financial controls and strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and securing sustainable revenue growth.
  • Amplify the branch's market presence by devising and executing strategic sales plans, fostering strong customer relationships, and steering the sales team towards surpassing sales and market share goals.
  • Commit to a customer-focused approach that prioritizes high-quality service, integrates customer-centric policies, and fosters robust partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and guide a high-performing team by promoting a supportive and inclusive environment, implementing talent development strategies, and preparing succession plans for sustained branch growth.
  • Uphold legal, regulatory, and safety standards across branch operations, fostering an environment prioritizing employee safety and well-being while adhering to industry compliance regulations.
  • Required to travel as needed to oversee branch operations, conduct site visits, and attend regional meetings and training sessions to ensure effective leadership and operational alignment.
