About The Position

Naturescape is seeking to hire a Branch Manager in Eau Claire, WI to lead a developing branch to continued growth and success. This is a long-term career opportunity in lawn and landscape care with a stable, family-owned business where you will be a valued and respected member of a close-knit team.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Motivated with a desire to learn
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Strategically divide time between maximizing branch production in the field, increasing sales, and developing employees.
  • Meet with branch employees weekly to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods.
  • Spend time with specialists individually, training and guiding them to excellence.
  • Interview and hire new specialists to keep the branch fully staffed.
  • Guide and direct administrative assistants to ensure they offer customers the highest level of service and education.
  • Help specialists maintain efficient routes and use data to strategize and make the most efficient use of specialists' time.
  • Keep the branch's services on schedule.
  • Contact customers to help resolve concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Audit the work of specialists.
  • Meet with customers to discuss concerns.
  • Perform services for customers yourself.
  • Regularly assess the needs of the branch and take initiative to make the best choice for employees and customers.
