About The Position

First Community Credit Union is currently seeking a Branch Vice President for our Westpark location! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about leadership, team coaching, and business development. Along with overseeing the daily operations, the Branch VP is responsible for guiding their branch team towards meeting established individual and team goals. The Westpark location will feature our ITM (Integrated Teller Machines) in the lobby, which enhances the member service experience through technology and allows the branch staff to focus on building and maintaining relationships. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of supervisory experience in a banking/credit union setting. Saturday availability is required.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or completion of a specialized course of study or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of branch operations and supervisory experience or related experience
• Saturday availability is required.

Responsibilities
