About The Position

The Branch Manager oversees daily operations for 24/7 security services, leading supervisors and officers to deliver high-quality service, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role serves as the primary representative (“face”) of the company in the area, providing leadership for existing operations while actively supporting local growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of security management or related experience.
  • Budget management and financial performance experience.
  • Able to obtain any & all security certifications/licenses
  • State Issued Driver's License (Not Expired)

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience with 24/7 operations (preferred).
  • Security management certifications (CPP, PSP) (preferred).
  • Sales experience (preferred).
  • Prior Military Preferred
  • Prior Certified Law Enforcement Officer Preferred
  • Pistol Permit

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage security supervisors and officers with minimal oversight.
  • Foster a positive, professional work environment emphasizing teamwork and development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and client expectations.
  • Verify security licensing at hire and monitor state training certification completion.
  • Track license expirations and renew at least 90 days in advance.
  • Report new hires and terminations to the State of Louisiana.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to ensure continuous 24/7 coverage.
  • Oversee incident and emergency response activities.
  • Conduct security assessments and develop detailed post orders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings to evaluate service performance and address concerns.
  • Prepare and present operational and service performance reports.
  • Generate and support sales leads within the branch territory.
  • Act as the company representative for prospective clients, participating in or leading introductions, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the SE Sales Team to convert leads into active customers.
  • Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet business goals.
  • Oversee accurate and timely billing and invoicing.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain documentation for audits and inspections.
