About The Position

As a Branch Manager Trainee at Chase, you will complete the Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement as a Branch Manager. The role involves preparing to lead and manage all aspects of a Chase branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, coaching employees, and delivering attentive, welcoming service to clients. You will represent Chase’s brand and culture, provide access to banking solutions and financial technology, and collaborate with experts to address clients’ specialized financial needs. The role requires travel as needed for in-person training and meetings, which may include out-of-state travel. This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements for Loan Originators and requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. Continued employment depends on meeting applicable qualification, registration, renewal, and update requirements. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase’s review of relevant background and financial information; a felony conviction within the last seven years disqualifies candidates from consideration.
