Branch Manager, Trailer Division
About The Position
We are a leading provider of lighting, grip, and production equipment rentals serving the motion picture, television, commercial, and live event industries. With a full inventory of camera-ready gear, expert crews, and strategically located branches across major production markets, we support productions of every size — from independent features to studio tentpoles. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, Branch Manager who will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining equipment to the highest standards, and managing logistics from dispatch to on-site service. This role requires a hands- on leader with mechanical and electrical knowledge, strong management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in equipment rental, logistics, or event services.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; hands-on troubleshooting experience required.
- Proven leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, scheduling/logistics software).
- Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and logistics of restroom trailer rentals.
- Manage, train, and mentor operations staff and field crews.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and oversee repairs of restroom trailers, including mechanical and electrical systems.
- Implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure reliability and safety.
- Monitor inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
- Develop and optimize operational processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and utilization.
