Branch Manager - Lending Officer
About The Position
Branch Manager/Loan Officer will uphold a tradition of honesty and integrity as you provide financial transactions to existing and potential customers. We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated and results oriented banking officer to lead this bank location. This position is responsible for maintaining and developing deposit and loan relationships. The right individual will manage the Douglas team and have a sales driven focus for the PWCB market. This individual will work closely with and report directly to the Regional Senior Managers. Growth within this position will occur by developing and maintaining a working knowledge of all financial products and services.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to listen, follow directions and identify the needs of customers and other team members.
- Proficient in Windows based software including Excel, Word, Outlook and banking software.
