About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience in welding, customer service, or retail.
• Computer experience or basic knowledge of SAP.
• Minimal travel required for training purposes.
• Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S. and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• This position is not open for non-immigrant visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and grow customer relationships, providing excellent service.
• Assist customers with product selection and technical support.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely product delivery.
• Attentively oversee inventory levels and ensure adequate stock in the store.
• Prepare sales reports and gain insights from team achievements.
• Find thoughtful solutions for customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service.
• Contribute to store operations and support merchandising efforts.
• Guide and support team members in alignment with organizational policies and applicable laws.
