This position involves developing new business, providing superior customer relations, and promoting a sales and service culture through coaching and staff motivation. The Branch Manager is also expected to achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships, while providing leadership, training, and supervision, and delegating day-to-day operations to the Assistant Branch Manager or other branch personnel.
