This role involves developing new business, providing superior customer relations, and promoting a sales and service culture through coaching and staff motivation. The Branch Manager is also expected to achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships. The position includes leadership, training, and supervision, with the ability to delegate day-to-day operations to an Assistant Branch Manager or other branch personnel. Since 1996, Lendmark Financial Services has been serving personal lending needs and has grown to over 500 branches in 24 states.
