As a Branch Manager Designate, you will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment leading the team from the front. Your high level of business acumen and professionalism will also be required from time to time, as well as the discipline to work autonomously.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent job experience.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate are essential.
  • Ability to maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
  • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to kneel, squat, climb, and walk.
  • Ability to operate office equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
  • Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.
  • Oral Communication Skills – Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.
  • Written Communication Skills – Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
