About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
Valid driver's license.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

Lead the team from the front in a hands-on environment.
Utilize high level of business acumen and professionalism.
Work autonomously with discipline.
Exceed branch performance metrics.
Maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
Lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
Sit and stand for extended periods.
Perform kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking.
Operate office equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
Utilize oral communication skills, including speaking, speech clarity, and speech recognition.
Utilize written communication skills, including writing, reading and written comprehension, and written expression.
