About The Position
The Branch Librarian provides equal access to library materials, services, and events for people with varied interests and backgrounds. The role assists customers and supports community members in engaging in learning, exploration, and creative experiences. Responsibilities also include curating materials, creating finding guides, planning and delivering classes, tours, and events, maintaining digital resources, instructing customers, monitoring and promoting library resources, and fostering teamwork. The Branch Librarian upholds library policies and contributes to a harmonious and effective work environment.
