The Branch Leader is responsible for managing all aspects of an assigned branch, including driving branch performance through leadership, coaching, and management, as well as business development. Expertise in small business development is critical to Truist’s Purpose of inspiring and building better lives and communities. This role ensures compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies. Responsibilities also include the management of human capital, encompassing interviewing, selection, hiring, conducting performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and workforce management scheduling. The position may also involve cross-training to assist with teller transactions as needed.
