We are currently seeking a full-time Office Leader and Senior Project Manager for our Syracuse, NY office. This position will be responsible for the effective management and profitability of operations at the Syracuse office including sales, administration, project management, design, and select staff management. They will provide focused, accountable leadership, guidance, and support for all employees consistent with the firm’s strategic plans while also identifying, evaluating, and developing priority business opportunities for the firm working within the Strategic and Marketing Plans. This is a 100% in-office position, with the potential for hybrid possibilities after establishing themselves within the office.
