About The Position

Lead our Burlington & Davenport branches - and own a piece of it. Rexco is employee-owned, so the people who drive results share in them. This role involves running the full branch, including the team, customers, and P&L. You will own the P&L, forecasting, and branch KPIs, recruit, coach, and lead the team, and direct Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental operations. Additionally, you will manage inventory levels, turns, and audits, maintain the facility, yard, and fleet, and represent Rexco at customer and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and communication
• Comfort with budgets and forecasting
• Microsoft Office; business systems a plus
