We are hiring a Branch Associate to join our exceptional team. This role is at the heart of our operations, supporting customers, sales teams, and branch operations.

Requirements

1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support.
High School Diploma required.
Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills (in person, phone, email).
Eagerness to learn products and anticipate customer needs.
Proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
Ability to connect with people and deliver a positive customer experience.
Comfort navigating systems and assisting customers digitally.
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay efficient with minimal supervision.
Warehouse experience is a plus.
Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone/email, and deliver exceptional service.
Build strong customer relationships by learning their needs, recommending solutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell.
Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers and pulling orders.
Keep the showroom organized, merchandised, and ready to impress.
Take on a variety of responsibilities, from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions.
Monitor warehouse layout, space utilization, and equipment condition to optimize efficiency and safety.
Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, and Customer Service to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational success.
