About The Position

The Branch Associate will be at the heart of SouthernCarlson's operations, supporting customers, sales teams, and branch operations. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers, building relationships, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining the showroom. The position offers a variety of responsibilities, ensuring no two days are the same.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bilingual - English /Spanish.
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills (in person, phone, email).
  • Eagerness to learn products and anticipate customer needs.
  • Proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to connect with people and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Comfortable navigating systems and assisting customers digitally.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay efficient with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone/email, and deliver exceptional service.
  • Build strong customer relationships by learning their needs, recommending solutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell.
  • Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers, and pulling orders.
  • Keep the showroom organized, merchandised, and ready to impress.
  • Handle a variety of responsibilities, from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions.
