About The Position

The Branch Associate II (CSR) position involves providing superior customer service to create a welcoming environment for the Bank's customers. This role is responsible for account and service origination and maintenance, and for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and in person. The individual will develop a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations to customers and potential customers. The position requires a working knowledge and adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and laws. The individual must be available for opening and closing the branch office. Ambler Savings Bank is a local community bank that gives back to the communities it serves, promotes from within, and trains staff for future promotions.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Good computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems.

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in the financial industry is preferred.
• Experience as a bank teller and bank customer service representative is encouraged.

Responsibilities
