About The Position

The Branch Associate II (CSR) position involves providing superior customer service, creating a welcoming environment, and originating and maintaining accounts and services. This role requires responding to customer inquiries in person and by phone, developing a strong understanding of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations, and adhering to all bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws. The individual must be available for branch opening and closing. Ambler Savings Bank is a local community bank that values community involvement, internal promotion, and staff training for future advancement.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate clearly and in a friendly manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient writing and mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy
• Good computer skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• One (1) to two (2) years’ experience in the financial industry is preferred
• Experience as a bank teller and bank customer service representative is encouraged

Responsibilities

• Providing superior customer service
• Creating a welcoming environment and impression for the Bank’s customers
• Account and service origination and maintenance
• Responding to customer inquiries by telephone and in person
• Establishing a working knowledge of the Bank’s products and services to provide recommendations
• Maintaining a working knowledge and adherence to all policies and procedures of the Bank as well as applicable regulations and laws
• Being available for opening and closing of the branch office
