About The Position

The Branch Associate I (Teller) position involves providing superior customer service to the Bank's customers. This includes efficiently and accurately processing various transactions such as deposits, check cashing, loan transactions, and withdrawals. The role requires operating a teller station, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and balancing it daily. A key aspect of the position is developing a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations to customers. Adherence to all Bank policies, procedures, applicable regulations, and laws is mandatory. The individual must be available for branch opening and closing.
