About The Position

The Branch Associate I (Teller) position involves providing superior customer service to the Bank's customers. This includes efficiently and accurately processing various transactions such as deposits, check cashing, loan transactions, and withdrawals. The role requires operating a teller station, maintaining an accurate cash drawer, and balancing it daily. Additionally, the position involves developing a working knowledge of the Bank's products and services to make recommendations to customers and adhering to all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws. The individual must be available for branch opening and closing.
