About The Position

The Brake Operator operates and maintains brake press machines to bend, form, and shape metal components according to engineering specifications. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The position is based onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Requirements

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools to ensure accuracy in production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press machines according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production drawings.
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of metal parts before bending or forming.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain precision and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols.
• Communicate equipment malfunctions or production issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with material handling and other fabrication tasks as needed.
