About The Position

Brake & Alignment Technicians service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system parts and components. They provide excellent customer service and complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes working with brake, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, power steering, tire, wheel, battery, and TPMS systems, as well as assisting employees, test driving vehicles, and performing offsite or emergency road services.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Frequent lifting of up to 35 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling, and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

Install or service hydraulic and electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain, and power steering parts and components.
Test and install batteries.
Dismount and mount tire and wheel assemblies and rebalance wheels.
Replace, rebuild, or recalibrate TPMS components.
Use equipment and miscellaneous hand tools.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
