About The Position
Perform brain health assessments per the Kinnections protocol. Design and implement personalized engagement plans. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure compliance and understanding of engagement plans, and adjust plans as needed. Use technology as assessment, engagement, and communication tools. Collect, maintain, and track data to measure outcomes. Protect sensitive information and follow HIPAA compliant practices. Lead educational, informational, and programmatic events. Support marketing efforts that highlight brain health initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of wellness/fitness/rehab experience with a diverse client base.
- Bachelor’s Degree in associated focus, preferred but will consider experience in lieu of degree.
