Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation.
• Interest and curiosity in AI tools, automation, and innovative technologies for improving project delivery.
• Effective communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive mindset with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.

Nice To Haves

• Payments domain knowledge or experience in banking/financial services is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform the analysis, documentation, and validation of business requirements ensuring all the decisions and requirements changes are properly captured.
• Support workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Contribute to creating user stories and functional specifications based on business needs.
• Research and propose innovative solutions, including leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies, to streamline and optimize project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in requirements management and testing activities.
• Assist in performing gap analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements.
• Participate in testing cycles (functional, regression, and user acceptance) and help document results.
• Monitor post-implementation performance and support issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation in tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Office, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Stay informed about industry trends, payment standards, and innovative technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environment.
