About The Position

This role involves providing excellent customer service at a BP station, focusing on customer engagement and sales. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly within ten seconds.
Assist customers with their wants or needs while representing the Fair Oaks Farms image.
Answer questions about Fair Oaks Farms brand, products, tours, restaurant options, and merchandise.
Cross-sell all brand products including tours, Farm House Restaurant, Cowfe, cheese, milk, and ice cream, as well as BP promotions.
Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs.
Compute sale prices, total purchases, and process cash or credit payments using a POS system.
Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries.
Stay informed about company news and apply new knowledge to the job.
Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems.
Sample cheese and ice cream as requested by customers.
Scoop and serve ice cream according to provided recipes.
Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve conflicts.
Perform physical activities such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
Lift 30 lbs or more.
Stock, clean, and organize merchandise shelves, coolers, and storage areas.
Wash, sweep, mop, and dust as needed.
Wash and clean bathrooms.
Handle and dispose of garbage.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
