About The Position
The Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School is seeking a Head Coach for the Boys Spring Track team for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is part of the Athletics & Activities department. Salary will be in accordance with the negotiated agreement.
Requirements
- NJ Instructional Certification (or eligibility for a county substitute certificate if no certified applicant is found).
- Successful experience as a Track Coach.
- Willingness to obtain current CPR/AED certification.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a player in the sport.
- Completion of Principles of Coaching Course.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Head Coach for the Boys Spring Track team.
- Provide coaching and guidance to student-athletes.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members.
- Adhere to school and district policies and regulations.
