About The Position

Silver Lake Regional High School is seeking a boys' soccer coach to manage and train the junior varsity boys' soccer program for the fall 2026 season. This role involves teaching soccer skills and strategies to student-athletes in grades 9-11, acting as a role model, and overseeing various aspects of the program.

Requirements

• Experience coaching high school soccer.
• Experience working with students.

Responsibilities

• Train and manage the junior varsity boys' soccer program.
• Teach the skills and strategies of soccer to student-athletes in grades 9-11.
• Serve as a role model and teacher of soccer.
• Coach during practices and game days.
• Oversee conditioning of athletes.
• Supervise athletes.
• Maintain practice facilities and equipment.
• Determine awards for students.
• Provide the athletic department with a list of team needs.
• Communicate regularly with families as needed.
