Boxing Head Coach - Strike Studio
About The Position
The Boxing Head Coach at Strike Studio leads the coaching team, teaches high-energy classes, coaches athletes, and delivers strong member experiences. The role supports member retention and referrals by building and growing the training business, while helping shape a welcoming, results-driven studio culture. The Head Coach oversees daily studio operations, including attendance tracking and coach scheduling. They train, mentor, and onboard coaches and lead monthly and quarterly skill workshops. The role also uses CRM tools and analytics to improve scheduling, attendance, and retention, and reports equipment and repair needs while helping maintain a clean and safe studio.
Requirements
- CPR/AED certification.
- At least 1 year teaching groups of 6 or more across mixed levels.
- Strong competitive or coaching background.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Friendly, professional presence and ability to work flexible club hours.
Nice To Haves
- Combat sports experience, such as boxing or Muay Thai.
- Personal training or group fitness certifications.
