About The Position

Snow and Jones, Inc. is looking for a dependable and safety-focused Box Truck Driver to join our Yarmouth, MA team. You'll make local deliveries of plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, bath, and specialty products to customers throughout the area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced delivery driver who wants steady weekday hours, competitive pay, and a consistent schedule with no overnight travel. You'll also interact directly with customers, so strong communication and customer service skills are important.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of delivery driving and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating a 26-foot box truck
• Clean driving record
• Strong commitment to safe driving and workplace safety
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck and pickup truck for local deliveries
• Deliver plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, bath, and specialty products to customers
• Load and unload materials using liftgates, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Carefully handle specialty and luxury showroom products
• Verify orders and ensure deliveries are accurate and complete
• Follow daily delivery schedules and coordinate with the Branch/Warehouse Manager
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at each delivery
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery records
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and well-maintained
• Assist with warehouse duties when delivery responsibilities are complete
