About The Position

Safely operate a box truck to transport goods to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues. Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule. Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety standards. Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. Support inventory organization and proper storage of materials. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Comply with all certifications, regulatory requirements, and food safety standards. Report any potential food safety issues and non-conforming products to management. Report any unsafe conditions or acts that affect health and safety. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Commercial driving experience required
  • Clean driving record required
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, not required)
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
  • Ability to meet all applicable DOT requirements, including obtaining and maintaining a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate, if required based on vehicle type and route
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record review, in compliance with applicable laws

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving preferred
  • Current forklift certification (required if operating equipment)
