About The Position

Architectural Surfaces is seeking a Box Truck Driver who will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, delivery, and distribution of cabinets, countertops, reception counters, and other fixtures at the jobsite. This is a 1st shift position, Monday-Friday from 6:30 am-3:00 pm or whenever the last delivery is made.

Requirements

• Valid Class C License and clean MVR.
• Lift truck and previous Box Truck Driver experience required.
• Strong attention to detail to assure safe, accurate, efficient shipment of product.
• Frequent moderate to heavy lifting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.
• Requires the ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline driven environment as well a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with cabinets and accompanying products ensuring safe securing methods to minimize damage.
• Deliver to commercial construction sites and distribute products to their appropriate locations in the building.
• Must wear PPE during site deliveries, boots, hard hat, eye protection, and high visibility vest.
• Responsible for general duties involving paperwork related to pick up and delivery, inspection logs, gas receipts and mileage.
• Must pass Medical Examiner’s Report & DOT Drug Screen.
