About The Position

Serve customers in the box office, concession stand, bowling area or arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each Employee's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.

Requirements

Must be able to maintain a Guest focus while performing duties
Must follow proper cash handling procedures
Must be able to set up, maintain and operate Concession Stand and cashier station at box office, bowling, and arcade.
Must be able to take food orders and drink orders from patrons.
Must be able to verify legal age of patrons going to rated R movies.
Must be able to ring food and beverage orders into register, collect payment, and make change
Must practice safe serving techniques and inform manager on duty of any action that is necessary
Must maintain a positive attitude and always SMILE.
Must be able to keep area clean during and after event
Must be able to keep work area, equipment, utensils, counters, and storage areas clean and orderly

Responsibilities
