About The Position

The Box Office Window Sales position at the Butler Arts & Events Center is a part-time, non-exempt role. The Associate serves as a primary point of contact for patrons, providing exceptional customer service while handling ticket sales and inquiries. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends, based on operational needs and event programming. Responsibilities

• Facilitating in-person ticket sales
• Providing excellent customer service while utilizing problem-solving skills
• Reconciling daily transaction receipts
• Answering and operating the phone system
• Processing walk-up sales on performance dates and during business hours
• Communicating event information to the public
• Performing other duties as assigned
