The Box Office Supervisor is responsible for setting the first impression of the event, requiring efficiency and friendliness. This role involves warmly greeting customers, confirming reservations, redeeming tickets, distributing the Golden Ticket prop, and directing patrons. The supervisor must manage responsibilities with patience and a sense of urgency, work well under pressure, possess strong multi-tasking skills, and maintain a pleasant demeanor. As part of the Front of House team, this position offers an opportunity to learn the business side of production and be the first point of contact for guests. The high-energy logistics of moving guests through parking, the box office, waiting areas, and onto their departure on time with all necessary amenities is rewarding, knowing guests are creating lasting memories. The Front of House team also plays an integral role in providing customer service and support to cast and crew on the ground.
