About The Position

We are looking for a reliable Box Maker to join our Production team. This position is responsible for inspecting and identifying finished products, tracking products leaving the department, and supporting food safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Ability to work in cold, wet, hot, or noisy conditions.
• Basic English and/or Spanish communication skills.
• Availability for overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food manufacturing or sanitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for damaged pallets and/or boxes.
• Track, document, and identify products leaving the department.
• Report food safety or quality concerns, including foreign material.
• Maintain clean floors and work areas.
• Report mechanical or electrical issues.
• Follow food safety, GMP, safety, and company policies.
• Provide coverage during breaks and lunches as assigned.
• Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
