Freight Breakers LLC is currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for Box Loader/Unloader positions in West Jordan. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment and are driven by performance-based pay. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading freight while maintaining accuracy, organization, and safety.

Requirements

• Strong attendance and punctuality are required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Must be able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
• Capable of sustained physical work for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers (floor loading)
• Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanners
• Move cages to and from staging areas
• Ensure loads are neat, secure, and efficiently organized
• Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor system
• Scan and sort packages into designated cages
• Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment
