About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan, Utah. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position that is well suited for individuals who take pride in efficiency, accuracy, teamwork, and consistent performance. Box Loaders/Unloaders are responsible for efficiently moving freight into and out of trailers while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and safety. Employees will work in a high-volume environment and are expected to maintain productivity while following established safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
Ability to repeatedly lift and carry packages weighing approximately 5–50 lbs.
Ability to perform sustained physical activity for extended periods.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Willingness to work as part of a team and follow company procedures.

Responsibilities

Hand-load boxes from conveyor systems directly into trailers using floor-loading techniques.
Scan packages into trailers using handheld scanning devices.
Move cages and freight to and from designated staging areas.
Organize and secure freight to maximize trailer space and maintain safe loading practices.
Maintain accuracy and productivity throughout each shift.
Safely unload boxes from trailers onto conveyor systems.
Scan packages and accurately sort them into designated cages.
Maintain consistent speed and accuracy in a high-volume work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Keep work areas organized and free of unnecessary hazards.
