About The Position
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader/Unloader to join our team in Highlands, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading materials, products, and equipment to ensure smooth operations within our facility.
Requirements
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in loading/unloading or warehouse work is a plus.
- Familiarity with forklifts and other warehouse equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and trailers safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Organize and stack materials in designated areas.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
